Commissioner McGhee to host Jazz in the Heights – an evening of free music and family fun
Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee is hosting Jazz in the Heights Southern Soul Edition, on April 15, 2023, starting at 6 p.m. at Sgt. Joseph Delancy Park, 14450 Boggs Dr., Miami, FL 33176.
This Southern Soul Edition of Jazz in the Heights will be hosted by Hot105 Radio personality, James T and cohosted by motivational speaker, bestselling author, and podcast producer, TK Owens. Lenny Williams, American singer-songwriter, and musician, best known as the lead vocalist for the soul/funk group Tower of Power and hit solo artist will be performing.
This is a free event with fun activities for the entire family. Food and refreshments will also be available for purchase. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the performances.
