Gospel Fest Miami returns – Grammy winner Jekalyn Carr and Grammy nominee Todd Dulaney headline
The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (@arshtcenter) is proud to announce the return of GOSPEL FEST MIAMI WEEKEND, the star-studded culmination of six months of gospel programming at the Arsht and throughout the community. Taking place on June 20-21, 2026 in the Knight Concert Hall, the weekend will feature two headlining concerts by Grammy winner JEKALYN CARR (@jekalyncarr) and Grammy-nominated singer TODD DULANEY (@todddulaney1) alongside the runner-up of the 2026 Arsht Gospel Choir Invitational, MT. PISGAH MASS CHOIR (@MtPisgahSDA) and South Florida artists SISTERS UNITED, RASHARD WRIGHT AND CONNECT WORSHIP and SECOND CHAPTER. Plus, free seminars and panel discussions explore the evolution of the genre and gospel music’s impact on mental and physical health and wellness.
Tickets to Gospel Fest Miami Weekend are offered as Pay What You Can, meaning tickets are free and guests are invited to contribute a suggested ticket price of $25 (or more) to help sustain live arts experiences for the people of Miami-Dade County.
The suggested ticket price for Gospel Fest Miami Weekend is $25 for one day and $40 for both days. Tickets may be purchased beginning April 30 at ArshtCenter.org or at the Arsht box office by calling (305) 949-6722
Because the Arsht is a nonprofit organization, every contribution is invested directly in Arsht Impact, meaningful educational programs, magical performances and community events that enrich the lives of more than 100,000 people of all ages every year.
For guests with accessibility needs, the Arsht provides accessible seating and complimentary assistive listening devices for all performances, along with sign language interpretation, open captioning, and audio description at select shows to ensure an inclusive experience for all guests.

Join us for this moderated pre-show conversation that explores the evolution of the gospel sound. Framing gospel as a mainstay in music, this conversation looks at how the artform continues to transform. By revisiting key moments and places when accompaniment evolved from the traditional Hammond organ to sophisticated symphony orchestras and where singing styles turned mass choirs into praise teams, this robust discussion will take audience members on a journey that examines how gospel music has transformed over the years.

Kick off Gospel Fest Miami with an uplifting evening featuring South Florida gospel favorites Sisters United and Pastor Rashard Wright & Connect Worship, setting the stage for a powerful headlining performance by Grammy Award-winning gospel star Jekalyn Carr in a soul-stirring set that’s sure to inspire.
Jekalyn Carr began her professional career at just 15 and has since become one of the genre’s top-selling independent artists, earning multiple Stellar and Dove Awards along with Billboard chart-topping hits including “Greater Is Coming” and “You’re Bigger.” In addition to her acclaimed music career, she is a recognized speaker, media personality and trailblazer, was named to EBONY’s Power 100 and is the first gospel artist to be inducted into the Women Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Join us for this moderated pre-show conversation and Q&A that explores the therapeutic qualities of gospel music. Featuring special moments for community singing and a guided meditation, this conversation will analyze what it means to be recentered and will investigate gospel chord structures that touch the spirit and soothe the soul.

Gospel Fest Miami Weekend closes with a dynamic night of gospel, kicking off with Miami’s own Mt. Pisgah Mass Choir, the runner-up of the 2026 Arsht Gospel Choir Invitational, and Second Chapter, followed by an electrifying performance from acclaimed worship leader Todd Dulaney.
Former professional baseball player turned acclaimed gospel artist Todd Dulaney is a Grammy Award nominee known for powerful worship anthems like “Victory Belongs to Jesus” and “Your Great Name,” which have resonated with audiences worldwide. A sought-after performer and collaborator, he has shared the stage with many of gospel’s leading voices such as Donnie McClurkin, Michelle Williams, Fred Hammond and Tye Tribbett while building a reputation for music that uplifts, heals and inspires.
