Vice Chairman Kionne McGhee to Join Groundbreaking of New Costco Development in South Miami-Dade
Vice Chairman Kionne L. McGhee will join community leaders and project partners for the groundbreaking of a new Costco Wholesale development in South Miami-Dade, marking a major investment in a site that has remained vacant for more than 20 years.
Spearheaded by Vice Chairman McGhee and developed by SG Holdings, the 17-acre project will bring more than 400 jobs, expanded retail access, and new economic activity to the South Dade community, serving residents of Perrine, Cutler Bay, and surrounding neighborhoods.
