iDAD Fatherhood Program Launches 3rd Cohort in Fort Pierce, Florida
Collaboration between TMCS Community Care, Conscience Research Institute, and Omicron Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. empowers local fathers.
Fort Pierce, FL — October 20, 2025 — TMCS Community Care, in partnership with the Conscience Research Institute (CRI) and the Omicron Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., proudly announced the launch of the third cohort of the iDAD Fatherhood Program in Fort Pierce, Florida.
The initiative continues to strengthen the bonds between fathers and their children while equipping men with tools for emotional growth, financial stability, and self-awareness. Six new fathers have joined the 12-week program, which blends group sessions, mentoring, and care coordination to help participants become more intentional and engaged fathers.
The iDAD program focuses on developing emotional intelligence, self-care, financial empowerment, and responsible fatherhood—creating a space for real conversations, real growth, and real change.
“This program is transforming lives by helping fathers show up for their children and themselves,” said Jeffrey T. King, RN, MBA, MSN, President of TMCS Community Care. “We’re grateful for the continued collaboration with Conscience Research Institute and the Omicron Tau Chapter, whose leadership and advocacy help us reach and empower fathers across the Treasure Coast.”
The iDAD Fatherhood Program is part of the Comprehensive Needs of Fathers Initiative, funded through the Florida Department of Children and Families. It integrates care coordination for fathers who may need support with employment, housing, or mental wellness services.
The second session of the cohort, focusing on “Extreme Ownership and Self-Awareness,” will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 7:00 PM at 3905 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL. A virtual participation option is also available for fathers unable to attend in person.
