MixHer Brings High-Energy Vibes & Empowerment to South Beach
WHAT:
MixHer, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and women in music is hosting a high-energy brunch
day party experience in the heart of South Beach. The event MixHer will feature an all-female DJ lineup,
live interviews, brunch specials, giveaways, photo booths and more all in support of funding free DJ
training for youth in underserved communities. Open to all music lovers the event celebrates women who are “Setting The Tone” in the industry and beyond.

WHY:
MixHer is on a mission to reshape the music scene by investing in the next generation of female DJs and
industry leaders. This event will raise proceeds for the First Spin DJ Bootcamp is a no-cost training
program designed to give young women the tools, confidence and mentorship they need to break into
music and media.
