
Councilwoman Linda Julien Honored as Residential Housing Advocate of the Year
The City of Miami Gardens proudly announces that Councilwoman Linda Julien has been awarded the prestigious Residential Housing Advocate of the Year by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®. This honor recognizes her tireless advocacy and impactful work in addressing housing needs and empowering residents to achieve homeownership throughout Miami Gardens and beyond.
The award will be presented at the 2025 MIAMI REALTORS® Inaugural & Awards VIP Reception on Wednesday, February 7, 2025, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Resort. The exclusive VIP Reception will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a gathering of esteemed leaders, past presidents, award recipients, and their guests.
Councilwoman Julien, a seasoned Real Estate Broker and dedicated public servant, has championed innovative housing solutions and promoted sustainable growth to ensure equitable access to affordable housing. Her commitment to fostering economic development and improving residents’ quality of life has cemented her role as a trusted advocate in the community.
