On Thursday, July 11, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Miami-Dade County District 9 Commissioner Kionne McGhee will break ground on Phase II of Naranja Grand, a new affordable housing development in the area of Southwest Miami-Dade. The property will feature energy-efficient lighting and appliances certified by the National Green Building Standard.
