City of North Miami Beach Launches NMB Youth College Bound Program in Partnership With City National Bank of Florida
The City of North Miami Beach, proudly announces the launch of the NMB Youth College Bound Program in collaboration with City National Bank of Florida. This transformative initiative aims to guide over 50 students towards higher education by providing them with the invaluable opportunity to embark on a two-part college tour, visiting five esteemed colleges and universities throughout South Florida.
Commissioner Daniela Jean stated, “Education is the cornerstone of a thriving community. Through the NMB Youth College Bound Program, we are investing in the future of North Miami Beach by empowering our youth to pursue their academic dreams.”
Additionally, City National Bank of Florida is honored to sponsor the college-bound trip and provide financial workshops tailored to the needs of college-bound students. These workshops will cover essential topics such as budgeting, saving strategies, and financial literacy, empowering students to make informed decisions throughout their academic journey.
Through this partnership between government and private sectors, the NMB Youth College Bound Program aims to invest in the future success of North Miami Beach’s youth, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and opportunity within the community. Wednesday April 10, 2023 8:45 am teens will meet at City Hall for Tour #2.
