Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava to launch mortgage relief program during Fair Housing Month
On Monday, April 24, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava will officially launch the County’s new Mortgage Relief Program in collaboration with the Department of Public Housing and the Community Development and Community Action and Human Services Department.
April is Fair Housing Month and also marks one year since Mayor Levine Cava declared a housing affordability crisis in Miami-Dade County. The Mayor, County Commissioners and Department Directors will expand on the County’s efforts over the past year to tackle the housing crisis and encourage eligible residents to apply for the Mortgage Relief Program.
