CORY HARDRICT BREAKS HIS SILENCE AFTER TIA MOWRY’S DIVORCE FILING, SAYS ‘IT’S ALL LOVE’
Tia Mowry is divorcing her husband of 14 years, Cory Hardrict.
The “Sister, Sister” star took to Instagram and wrote, “I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways.”
“These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children,” she continued.
“I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”
Mowry filed for the divorce earlier in the day due to irreconcilable differences, prior to her Instagram post. Official documents state that the two have a prenup in place and Mowry is seeking to get joint physical and legal custody of their two children, 11-year-old son Cree and 4-year-old daughter Cairo.
Cory Hardrict took to Instagram Live and stated that he has nothing but love for his estranged wife, Tia Mowry. In the live video he tells fans, “It’s love, y’all. I love y’all for real.”
He continued, “I love my beautiful family. I love my kids. I love my wife. I love all you guys. Just know that it’s all love.”
Additionally, Cory made it clear that he did not cheat on Mowry. After an Instagram user commented on an Oct. 3 pic of him tossing a baseball suggesting that he “cheated on her,” the All American actor replied, “Lies!”
