How Does it Work?

When you shop on Sephora’s website, you will see the same-day delivery option on individual product pages. Once you hit that button, you will have to enter your zip code and add the product to your cart. The procedure is the same for shopping through Sephora’s mobile app. However, all great things come at a cost. To get your gifts as fast as you would with Amazon Prime, you will have to pay a flat fee of $6.95.

The retailer announced in a press release that the same-day delivery service is available throughout the week in most cities and suburbs. However, some products might not be available for same-day delivery in your location. And you have to place your order before 4 p.m. if you want to get this offer. Also, you have a chance to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.

Along with introducing this fast delivery service, Sephora has also revived the Home Chat Function on its website. Live Beauty Help, which is now available on their mobile app and website, helps you connect with the beauty advisors present on the platform. You may ask for their recommendations and suggestions before buying any skincare, haircare, or makeup products. These advisors also guide you about the application and appropriate use of your favorite products.

Sephora, like many of its rivals, is making convenience their top priority. Introducing same-day delivery will make online shopping convenient for people and encourage other vendors to take such steps to further facilitate people.
