TELFAR UNVEILS NEW DUFFLE BAG AND LAUNCHES ‘TELFAR TV’

Telfar announced a new way to ensure that you’re able to get ahold of their luxury vegan leather handbags!

“We are starting a 24-hour linear TV station. It’s live, and it’s right now. By television I mean television, television. You do not see it on your phone. You do not see it on another projected screen. You actually watch it on a TV. You cannot click forward. You cannot click backwards. You cannot leave comments.”

The announcement comes two days after experiencing numerous bots during their last handbag release. The brand will now require QR codes for bags to be purchased. During the Telfar TV broadcast, QR codes will come up at random, letting customers access an exclusive link to buy bags directly. The rebrand focuses more on a community-based selling platform rather than a filtered website that can get hacked.

Explaining how the QR codes work, Telfar stated, “When you go to Apple TV and you download Telfar, there’s a QR code. If only 100 people download this, only 100 people will be getting this bag.” He continued, “People try to get these bags and they can’t…. I’m tired of the bots online. I’m here to take back every bag that the bot has stolen from us….”

Any new styles and release dates will be announced on Telfar TV. To keep fans excited, Telfar also introduced a brand new Duffle Bag.

If you don’t know by now, Telfar is praised for highlighting the importance of Black fashion and bridging the gap between luxury goods and accessibility. The bags feature vegan leather and double strap handles, and cross-body straps.

Telfar is now the new luxury bag must-have. The vegan leather bags are available in multiple color options from designer Telfar Clemens. The luxury brand went as far as designing the Liberian Summer Olympic team’s uniforms and has gained the likes of Beyoncé, Beyoncé’s sister Solange Knowles, Selena Gomez, Bella Hadid, Oprah Winfrey, and more!
