“FAST & FURIOUS 9” IS NOW AVAILABLE NEAR YOU

The Fast family is back for more high adrenaline thrills and insane speed with “Fast & Furious 9.”

With two more films left in the franchise, Fast 9 graced viewers with a cameo from rapper Cardi B.. Vin Diesel told Entertainment Tonight that we will see more of Cardi in Fast 10.

Director Justin Lin had great things to say about the rapper’s involvement in the film. “I love Cardi… she showed up and within a minute she’s part of the family,” he said via Newsweek. “She’s been around for a long time and this is just the first time we are seeing her, so I’m really excited to explore that.”

In the film, we also got to see Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto and Michelle Rodriguez’s Letty content with a quiet family life with young Brian. They face a dangerous threat that resurfaces old wounds for Dom. But of course, they get drawn back into a world filled with danger and action.

In addition, John Cena joins the Fast team to play Jakob Toretto, Dom’s long-lost younger brother, who’s filled with hate towards him. The way the Fast team approached John Cena for the role was somewhat a miracle for him.

“I was approached to meet Vin on multiple occasions. He just wanted to get to talk and get to know me. And those conversations led to him enquiring if I wanted to be welcomed into the family. And eventually, he offered me the role of Jakob Toretto,” John Cena mentioned. “It’s all surreal, man. It’s been a long time coming.”

Even after Paul Walker’s tragic passing, the Fast saga continues. Fast & Furious 10 and 11 are coming within the next few years. It has been confirmed that Justin Lin would return to direct the final two movies in the series. The two-part finale is expected to bring back the main cast members for an extended last ride.

Fast & Furious 9 is not yet available on streaming platforms, but can be seen at your neighborhood movie theatre until further notice.
